Often an event or circumstance in the external world has led to difficult feelings and thoughts .. or there can be a more general questioning and searching for understanding and direction.
Whatever the initial reason therapy offers a safe, non-judgemental space to begin to explore and understand more where you are now.
A place to become curious about how the past may have effected your present self ... becoming more aware and in this offering the opportunity to live a more conscious and empowered life in the future.

I have an in depth integrative training meaning I'm skilled and experienced in different psychological theory and modalities. Drawing on this I aim to meet and understand you as an individual and work collaboratively in ways which fit your personal needs and experiences.
The therapeutic space I offer is primarily empathic and holding .. though at times challenging.
I encourage you to really begin to engage with your inner world and understand how you see the external world, relate to others and your self.

In this space we begin to explore if certain ways of coping built up in the past are necessary now .. or if there is a different way to be in the world and with your self and others.
I aim to create a holding environment where we work together to increase awareness and self acceptance with respect, care and compassion.
