Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling

South East London SE22, Mayfair W1 K and Queen's Park NW6

I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor offering individual and couples therapy - currently at clinics in East Dulwich, Mayfair and Queens Park.

Whatever brings you - giving yourself the time and space to explore where you are now is a movement towards the possibility of a different more conscious way of living. Through my work I see how transformative a safe, holding therapeutic space can be to an individual and witness real shifts which impact lives.

I have been working in the mental health field for the past 20 years within the NHS, schools, charities and the private sector and have an approach which draws from this - integrating different psychological theory and modalities to meet you as an individual.

We work collaboratively in ways which fit your personal needs and experiences. I encourage honest self reflection with a curiosity and compassion - exploring how the past could be impacting your life today and how there is potential for a different way of being in the World in the present.

I am experienced in helping clients in many areas including:

  • Stress
  • Relationships
  • Anxiety
  • Self Esteem
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Mental Health Diagnoses

My practice in East Dulwich in South East London is within easy reach of London Bridge and in Queen's Park, North West London on the Bakerloo Line in easy access of central London.
